Just like the framework itself, this site is newly constructed, which is why we are happy to receive suggestions on frameworks and / or surveys. These can be emailed to info [at] kompis.me.
Q: Who can use the framework?
A: Anyone who wants to use the framework may use it. One condition is that those who use the framework with its surveys etc. are willing to provide data to the KOMPIS database.
Another condition is that they refer to the KOMPIS project and the people behind the framework, i.e. the authors of documents describing the framework.
Q: Can I change the content of the questionnaires?
A: Each pilot can add questions to the questionnaires but cannot change the order or remove questions.
Q: Can I change the wording of the questions?
A: No.
Q: Can I add questions?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I use any web tool to create surveys?
A: RISE has developed digital tools in the form of questionnaires and travel diaries for data collection from different MaaS pilots. For more information on these tools, please contact steven.sarasini[at]ri.se.
Q: Do I need to use the travel journal?
A: Each pilot must collect detailed data on itineraries, times and transport choices. This data is primarily collected through some form of ’app’, but the travel diary is an alternative for pilots and / or participants who cannot or do not want to use an app.
